The Dufour 37’s hull, much like its larger counterpart, the Dufour 470, is constructed using the infusion process. This technique ensures precise weight control, enhanced strength, and environmental consideration.

Regarding the yacht’s seakindliness, it benefits from a contemporary and stable hull akin to offshore racing boats. However, the lower hull has a slight curvature, facilitating smoother movement through the water and reducing interior noise. This novel hull design enhances the power-to-weight ratio for the 10.8-meter vessel. As a result, the helmsman experiences an improved steering sensation, regardless of the sailing angle.

In this fresh model, particularly when compared to other yachts of similar size, the mast has been extended to increase sail area, amplifying the yacht’s potency. The Dufour 37, much like its forerunner, the Dufour 360, features a single rudder and twin steering wheels. The employment of a lone rudder ensures heightened responsiveness and agility during navigation.

Regarding the interior, there are two available layouts to cater to your sailing preferences.

In the two-cabin configuration, a generously sized bathroom (along with a spacious exterior storage compartment) is provided. Additionally, two separate cabins are available, with the owner’s suite positioned at the front. The saloon table can be transformed into a berth, allowing for a total of six sleeping spaces.

Opting for the three-cabin setup in the Dufour 37 accommodates up to eight guests comfortably.

In both arrangements, you’ll find an owner’s cabin at the front, offering an unusually spacious and comfortable environment for a yacht of this size. Enlarged hull windows and increased headroom have been incorporated to introduce more natural light into the convivial living area of the saloon.

This space cleverly integrates the galley, saloon, and dining zone. The two-cabin version also features a small desk, which doubles as a chart table.

The exterior layout of this new model is enhanced by fully inflatable cockpit upholstery and a forward sunbathing area.
